Take what you will from this. Just thought I’d share.
That is some serious work.
Looks like someone is going to get arrested by morning with those clear photos.
Bravo. Looks promising.
How big is a pressure cooker? I never saw one…
I have to say I am amazed someone has put these pictures together by just viewing images over the internet. That is sign of awesome skills in noticing few things no-body else does…
and he is in serious need of a hobby.
I don’t know if you guys know what 4chan is, but it’s like this forum only for photos, on steroids and times a billion.

Or a job with the FBI,
Video in this clip shows a similar pressure cooker. Looks a little big to fit in a backpack but I don’t know.
Like a large stew pot.
And don’t get on their bad side either

Did I mention how awesome they are?
I see some comments were excised from this thread. Interesting.
CBS correspondent John Miller said Thursday morning that purported pictures of alleged suspects in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings floating around “the Internet and the papers” are not the same ones that will be eventually released by authorities.
Miller, a former FBI assistant director, said the FBI has been “shaken” by the amount of information that continues to leak in the case. One photo made its way to the cover of the New York Post on Thursday.

as usual, great investigative reporting by the Post.

The kid on the right runs track for Revere Highschool. Hopefully the Post will pay for his college education.
I fell for these photos too, but I didn’t go publishing them on the front page of a newspaper. I was suspect about the guy in the bathrobe, but does a bomber really carry a bottle of OJ in his sidepocket? I feel bad for these guys, but kinda don’t. This is like winning the lottery.

Remember that guy who was the initial suspect in the Atlanta Olympics bombings? Richard Jewell? Lemme tell you, his life was not like winning the lottery after that deal. Even though they caught the actual bomber Eric Rudolph, people still associated Jewell with the bombings and even accused him of being the perpetrator. The stress of this probably contributed to his early death at 44.
So let’s not publish any names or pics or make any assumptions until they really think they have someone. That shit can go south so fast.
My crew saw the picture’s just released by the FBI and an AB said it was his relief. The chief said he is wrong, it’s the union delegate!
The Post is yet another sad example where the truth is trumped by the ratings, in this case more readership, more sales, more money.
The Post is not alone, that rag is but one of many, in print, on the radio, and on the telly.

Couldn’t agree more. I remember when reporting was real and professional, now even the NYT is approaching tabloid status it seems.
This is the problem with have access to Instant Information and we have Al Gore to thank for inventing the Internet (Sorry I just could not help myself).
Think about it, not that many years ago, we would not have any idea what the hell was going on until we got into to port and got a newspaper. Now all we need to do is check our smart phones and we have instant news. The day of having REAL Reporters that went out and searched for stories has been over for a long time. All of these supposed “News” outlets do nothing but report on Rumors. It’s no wonder that some people complain about not getting a fair trial as everything has already been played out on the News Shows, whether it was true or not.
Look at Politics in this Country (Both Sides) most people believe whatever the talking heads say and do not even try to see if any of it’s true because if it’s on the internet it has to be true RIGHT???
I used to look forward to coming back back home and catching up on the news but theses days I try not to watch any of it. as those Asses will say anything to boost ratings.
Looks like this thing will be winding to a close today. One bomber on the loose, several towns in complete lock down. All mass transit halted in greater Boston.
Really hope we catch the a-hole alive but I don’t think the bomber will allow that to happen.
Massive manhunt in Boston and Cambridge area, 1 million people told to stay indoors (I wouldn’t test that, especially if you are a lanky 19 year old man), this is pretty frigging wild!
In fact the kid they are looking for resembles my older son at that age. It’s a little freaky. (He’s 28 and a serviceman now)
