Fox owns many tv stations in the US. Most people I knew in the US just watched the weather and the local news, and didn’t bother with the stuff like Tucker Carlson.

“Most people” in general, irrespective of the subset of people that you personally know, don’t watch any of it. “Most people” are not the problem. The problem lies with the large minority of people that not only watch it, but actually believe what they are being fed there. Embraced with all the fervor of Moses coming down from the Mount with the 15 Commandments.

It’s crazy how leftists think “Faux news” is fake but MSNBC, CNN, and all the other networks are non-biased and report only the truth.
When in reality Fox is controlled opposition and the rest may as well be state media.
Overseas news outlets are often more accurate.

You know what’s really crazy? It’s how Trumpists desperately try to use “leftist” in a sentence and work it into every feeble attempt at defending their exalted messiah. Even more crazy is their inherent inability to understand that you don’t need to be a “leftist” to be a Never-Trumper. All that’s required is an aversion to one of three worst presidents in U.S. history. I avoid WOAT because it’s controversial. But most people will agree, “Hell yeah. He’s in the bottom three for sure.”

It’s the evidence of personal observation within the context of US society rather than reliance on numbers I did not gather from people I do not know. Besides, I’m not Mandelbrot.

It is hard to be optimistic about our competing tribes. Perhaps when the big boy felonies start to come out, you might see a little bit of disentrenchment.
Nobody has mentioned the Dominion defamation case. There doesn’t look to be any escape for Faux News on this one. While the case will likely settle IMNSHO, the issue of a NDA will remain. With the nature and extent of damages in this case, a NDA would seem unlikely. Once people begin to understand how they’ve been duped, you might see some change.
One can only hope. I think another Nuremberg Trial is called for.

It depends. Is “Former Guy” a “conservative”? I ask because the Principles First (a real group that you should be familiar with) say no.
