A great number of Americans need to see and read what America now represents to a growing number of foreign nations. As much as MAGA and Trump supporters would like foreigners to STFU, our ignorant and incompetent “leadership” is dragging them down with us and threatening their future as much as our own.

where did the Billion suddenly come from needed for security?
GOP has proposed $1 Billion appropriation specifically for security related to East Wing Ballroom project
(a) APPROPRIATION.—In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the United States
14 Secret Service, for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in
15 the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,000,000,000,
16 to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the pur
poses of security adjustments and upgrades, including
18 within the perimeter fence of the White House Compound
19 to support enhancements by the United States Secret
20 Service relating to the East Wing Modernization Project,
21 including above-ground and below-ground security features.
My thought is the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) is below the East Wing so it is quite possible that some of this money may very well be to upgrade and/or repair the PEOC as it may have been damaged or compromised as part of this demolition.
Regardless this $1 Billion for security would not be necessary, at least not to that degree, had it not been for the Ballroom project
What annoys me to no end is how people have been conditioned to paying or owing a BILLION dollars for anything. Why not just say 1000 million dollars to give a better idea. Admit that if this ballroom is finished in a year the construction will cost $2,730,000 per day just to keep things in perspective? How many of his supporters have ever even been in a freaking ballroom? They voted for this though so maybe they’ll get an invite Now if you got cured of cancer simply by entering this glorious monument to one man’s vanity I could understand but otherwise? Chumps…
