Or is it the opposite; Israel preemptively lessening the threat of a nuclear weapons-capable Iran destroying Israel with a single bomb? That eventuality would certainly lead to a ‘bigger conflict’.

It’s quite amazing when there is such a denial of reality.
Many many moons ago I was working on an American, jup the bayou boys, Supply boat in the middle east.
A fairly modern one as in it was only around 5 years old .
On the mess room wall was a world map . Quite nice.
As the vessel had been working somewhere that had an issue with England sure enough right there in the North Sea were a couple of new islands.

We cannot make the same mistake with Iran that we made with North Korea.
No nuclear agreement that Iran enters into will ever be honored.
Iran aspires to become a nuclear proliferator like North Korea, except that Iran will proliferate to crazy Islamic terrorists.
Then it would just be a question of time before those nukes are set off in the US.
It’s long past time to do whatever it takes to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
While we are at it, we need to completely defang Iran, especially shutting down their drone and missile production for Russia, the Houthis, Hamas, and Hezbollah.
We also need to do whatever it takes to enable the Iranian people to overthrow their despotic religious zealot leaders.
I am very thankful to Netanyahu and the Israelis for going after Iran’s nuclear and missle programs, which protects us. It’s nice to have an ally that actually does something for us.

If we wipeout the Iranian leadership and military, the Iranian people ought to be able to free themselves, but if they cannot, it’s not our problem.

A ‘nuclear agreement’? Really? The one that has allowed Iran to never stop building its nuclear bomb? The one made by Barry (Hussain) Soetoro which included plane loads of $US to pay terrorists everywhere?

I encourage you to visit the recruiting office for the armed forces; or encourage your children to do so.
I did it…it wasn’t that hard. Took the ASVAB, went to MEPS, was on my way to boot camp in a few weeks time.
Through that experience I learned that it’s easy for people with no skin in the game to go on and on about how “we” should do this or do that. But really, they should use “they” instead of “we”…because the said individuals saying this shit never seemed to sign up and put their money where their mouth is. Most of them were fat republican men watching football in cigars lounges or sports bars, or on tugboats watching Fox News eating Little Debbie’s snacks.

US Presidents Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama, Donald Trump & Joe Biden & their State Departments tried for 32 years to prevent Iran from advancing their nuclear arms program. Israel, with Donald Trump as POTUS only 5 months in his second term managed to get something done in 8 hours that we’ve been trying to do for almost 4 decades. Only in the feeble minds of an Anti-American, DJT obessed fanatics is accomplishing a 40 year old goal is a “BLACK EYE” for Donald Trump.

I said the above 2 days ago on a different thread before the Israeli attacks on Iran. Below is a quote from Benjamin Natanyahu from today. Israel doesn’t care what the US or any other country thinks or believes. The Jewish nation/religion/race/ethnicity has collective PTSD from WW2 when a group of people actually tried to exterminate every single one of them. Iran or any other country who picks a fight with nuclear armed, PTSD Israel aren’t smart. If Israel believes Iran or the Muslim faith Palestinians are about to erase them from the “river to the sea”, Israel will use their nukes without hesitation imo.

They have certainly internalized the processes. Apartheid, genocide, raubkunst (looting), mass expulsions, propagandizing and murder of the regime’s critics.
Did you boder to read the rest of the CNA and BBC article i linked, or just my quotes? That you don’t like the opinion of somebody who don’t sing from the same hymn sheet as you and your idol, is not a surprise.
