SSCV Saipem 7000 set new GoM heavy lift record

The SSCV Saipem 7000 has bettered it’s own record for heaviest lift performed offshore in the Gulf of Mexico:

PS>In 1989 I was involved with setting two world records for heavy lifts with the same SSCV (then as Micoperi 7000).
The first was the heaviest inshore lift done by a floating crane at 10800 m.t (Veslefrikk jacket in May 1989)
The second was the heaviest offshore lift; the Gyda jacket at 8500 m.t. in Sept. 1989.
I was Tow master for Micoperi, in charge of towing the 600’ transport barge from the building yard and deliver it under the cranes for lifting.

Hi. I am a 24 year old woman who just graduated in a university with a degree of Bs in Petroleum Engineering and I would love to get a job offshore. What would be the best stepping stone position for me? And where can I probably apply?
