I was just reading a Norwegian newspaper this morning that was indicating rig utilization off Norway was 100% and that Statoil was rig-limited in their exploration plans. This basically translates into an increase in rig day-rates so that Statoil can “steal” rigs from other sources and continue their development plans.
Sounds like good news for the drilling companies.
