I saw on a couple different news sources that Statoil has delayed it’s artice drilling program, for atleast a year. Sounds like they are waiting to see how Shell does before they jump into it head first. Does anyone have any other info on this. I know there are 2 companys that I know of building new ice class vessels for this project, makes me wonder how it will play out now.
