Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone had a link or could tell me where to go to get the Ships onboard assessment for the Rating Forming Part of an Engineering Watch?? I went on the USCG NMC website and I found the RFPNW assesment but the RFPEW assesments have Canceld Typed across the form. So any help would be appecated.

Should be in NVIC 01-06.

Even though they have cancelled water marker across them , they are still valid. I used those same ones for a qmed to get their stcw endorsement —can call the nmc to verify as I did --those are the correct forms

They are not valid. Use at your own risk. Instead of playing control sheet roulette with cancelled documents, use the current ones:

No. Ive inquired numerous times about this and have always been told they are accepted. All of the QMEDS who i’ve worked with have used the sample sheets. Most recently, I emailed the NMC to get the assessment packet and every page they sent me was marked “SAMPLE”
