To me that sounds a bit of green washing.
The battery capacity installed is only 271kWh, which means the usable is about 240kWh.
Considering the the engine power is 2204kW, not much can be done on batteries. Yes, you can save using the generator when in port when shore power is not available, and possibly use the battery for a short period of loitering between tower push, but it won’t be use for any “real” operation, i.e. transit, tower push-ons, etc.

GC Rieber Shipping has ordered two Windkeeper vessels to be built at Cemre Shipyard in Turkey:

I read that they claim that they can do connections in up to 4.5m significant wave height.

That would be amazing if true, don’t think that there are many existing SOVs that can connect in over 3.5m Hs.
