Well Folks,
I applied on 27 Oct 09 for my MOTV NC/WR upgrade, and received it by 6 Nov 09! WOW Id say the process has been reduced indeed! I also received my MMC booklet instead of the old style( Plus and minus for this idea perhaps to cut down on paperwork! I will miss the old Lics-Cert however.
