Perhaps they should be asking why Trump didn’t improve on that ‘temp’ healthcare in his first term or second term. Matter of fact he presided over cutting it. But of course sometimes you need to kill citizens to ‘own the libs’

In maritime terms it is called loading, not “filling up”.
PS: “Filling up” is what you do at petrol stations, when your car id low on fuel. (Unless you drive an EV, that is)
