Donald has had no plan since he entered office, much to his surprise, except to promote himself. The man doesn’t read reports or listen to those with many years of experience as he admits himself. He ignored warnings, took no decisive action early on as some other nations did. The scorecard of pandemic deaths for the USA will be his legacy. Of course look on the lighter side. The USA will be number 1 among developed countries
