Really? The only thing in aware of that’s been authenticated are the photos. None of the actual incriminating stuff on there has been verified and they’ve had years. At the time it was completely unverified and the timing of the release was, and still is, super suspicious. Release an unverified hit piece so close to the election that there’s no time for the facts to come out before little need to vote. Just like with Hilary’s emails that were investigated and proved to be a nothing-burger.

But we have no idea who had access to it between Hunter Biden and the FBI so there’s no guarantee that any “incriminating evidence” on it is legitimate. That’s what the FBI would need to verify.
Do your own searching. I have said previously on this thread that having downloads from HB’s laptop on your computer can be incriminating. It’s there if you want it. But Google won’t find it.
Good to see you finally acknowledge that HB’s laptop is and was his laptop right from the start of this story. I’m sure the FBI has the technology to sort out what data is original. If you got hold of Donald Trump’s laptop I guess you would throw it out because you couldn’t verify who had access to it thus declaring the entirety unreliable.

As far as HB laptop, if Eric Trump’s laptop was found with a quarter of that sort of disgusting material on it in Oct 2016 it would have been front page news for a month and every liberal posting on this site knows it. That’s true. And after they investigated, with her full cooperation and hours of testimony, they found she had , IIRC, 3 low level classified documents. The differences between that and Trump intentionally stealing and then intentionally hiding and withholding highly classified documents and not cooperating at all are night and day. Why aren’t the people that were wanting to “lock her up” wanting the same thing for Trump?

Perhaps they’ve been overwhelmed finding thousands of J6 protesters who were exercising their constitutional rights and thinking up excuses to lock them up indefinitely, withhold exculpatory evidence eg 40k + hours of video, and not tell them which “protesters” were FBI or other provocateur government stooges. I can sympathise with the onerous workload. The murder of white Ashley Babbitt by a black police officer has gone through their system too and they (and the lying media) couldn’t find a thing, even a desultory investigation report. Nothing. Promote the officer and give him a medal!

Trump took documents which he had declassified (as only a President can do whilst in office) as had all previous Presidents. The authorities including the National Archives had easy access to them and Trumps personal assurance (he talked to the Archives people in the secure room at Mar a Lago well before the raid) that he would provide all the assistance necessary. He upgraded the room security and locks to accord with their wishes. He was in the process of negotiating handing back some documents but then they raided … nicely of course.

Him simply taking the documents doesn’t make then declassified, there’s a process. There’s also zero evidence he even started said process.
Also, it was illegal for him to have those documents no matter their classification status. That’s why none of the charges listed on the search warrant has anything to do with “classified”.

Except he didn’t, repeatedly. Then he was subpoenaed and still refused to return them. That’s why the FBI went and recovered them.
