starting this thread because I have not seen much on shutting down the GICWW East of Harvey lock to commercail vessel traffic for oil spill clean up or response.
anybody got anything?
They are putting spill boom across Pensacola cut and shutting down parts of the ICW East towards Mobie and East from what I have seen on CNN.
