Good day everyone!
I’m trying to work out what certificates exactly the STCW code requires you to have for each rank. My problem is that the code’s phrasing leaves a lot of room for different interpretations (and I’ve seen a few).
Ideally, I’m looking for an excel sheet that has the minimum certifications needed for each rank.
Note: I only want to know the bare minimum required not what is usually done.
