I have just finished the Supervisor of Oil Transfer Operations part A course taught by Western Maritime Institute and hosted by Island Tug and Barge at their very pretty floating facility near the Chevron terminal in Burnaby. I just wanted to say nice things about WMI and ITB and encourage anyone who finds this post to take this course from WMI, if you need it. The instruction and materials were good, and ITB was a perfect host and gave us a tour of one of their superdelux bunkering barges.
