Hi, I’m curious if having 900 days of sea time as master of an 80 Ton 150 passenger Vessel in Near Coastal waters, and also having STCW basic training, national AB Special with PSC, and an RFPNW course from Seaschool - Would make me eligible for an RFPNW endorsement?
