just recieved new credentials , it says has been duly qualified in accordance with the provisions of regulations II/3 ; II/4 ; V/I ; VI/2 does II/4 mean rfpnw ? did not have this on old mmd or license. any help will be appreciated. currently hold ab unlimited,tankerman(pic),200t master,200t mate (pilot) with towing endorsement,1600 mate fishing,medical provider endorsement. just laid off after 5 years with west coast towboat company as a mate towing fuel. mostly king crab fished and salmon seined before that.just startin to look. seems like alot of people in same situation around here. good luck to all.
