I am doing some research for an university-project and trying to look into the new IGF - Code (gas or low flashpoint fuel for non-gas-carriers) that will come into play in 2016/2017. It was decided just now, during the 95th session of the IMO’s Maritime Safety Committee (MSC 95) that was held from 3 to 12June 2015.
I have been looking at the Interim Guidelines for […] (MSC.285(86)) and I have also found a Draft of the IGF-Code that had been sent to the Maritime Safety Comittee by the “Sub-Comittee on carriage of cargoes and containers” on 30 September 2014.

I was just wondering if the latest version of the IGF is made available somewhere? I understand the SOLAS Convention should be adopted by the flag-state legislature, but are they not made available in general somewhere?
Maybe the IGF-Code is to special, but I am sure some of you at least know the usual procedure on where to find rules & regulation texts (other than google). I would really like to know how to make this search a bit more straight-forward!
