Delgado has ECDIS for about $900 and Leadership and Management for about $650.

There is a Clarion Hotel on I-10 about 5 miles from the campus, where it is possible to get a room with a little web crawling, for about $60/night. No problem reaching a live person at Delgado by phone when necessary.

ECDIS class at Cal Maritime $1350 not sure how much the Management class will be but I am guessing around the same.

I went to MAMA for the Leadership class for the same reason. I found out something pretty awesome while there. MAMA will offer a day class and a night class if you can get a few guys together. Instead of wasting 2 weeks in classes, you can knock out 2 at once, like Leadership and VSO. I was surprised at how big that school has gotten. I’m sure all the Navy and Coast Guard contracts are helping with that though!
