Just trying to get some insight on how I can have a device that my company makes tested on a ship that helps stabilize electronic noise to the ECU, already have data from road transport with a very successful outcome and looking to get data for the maritime transport and luxury industries. not trying to sell anything.
You will need to look to the maritime classification societies such as ABS or Lloyds who have compliance standards for electrical noise and the like but be aware these standards vary. I had an issue with harmonics on a variable speed drive winch fault but got a resolution by searching on the web for harmonic distortion requirements on ships. Good luck!

Agree with Ffinn. Presenting your plans to the classification societies such as ABS would be a start.
so I’m going to have to do some research on what classification societies
do so I understand better how to communicate with them better and get it
done. thanks if you have any other advice please I’m all ears.
