Does anyone have any info on core group DPO jobs? Is this basically the way in to a DPO job on a drill ship in the GOM now? Thanks

They’re both.
Core Group, Complete Logistical Services, Atlas Professionals, there are a number of these temp agencies that staff rigs in the GOM. I’d create profiles with them all and take whichever’s paying the highest. (adjust for W2 vs 1099 job) Unlike temps/ contractors in many other industries you’ll likely be making less than the permanent crew. But yes, if a temp guy/ gal is decent they’ll very often be offered a permanent job after a hitch or two.
