CASTING CALL FOR ENGINEERS OR TECH/MECHANICAL JACK OF ALL TRADES
National Geographic Television is looking for an experienced or self-taught engineer or technical/mechanical jack-of-all-trades to host a new ten-part television series. The series will be broadcast on National Geographic Channels both in the United States and around the world in the second half of 2008.
You don’t have to have an engineering degree, you just have to prove that: you have engineering experience, you love your work, and you have the ability to communicate that passion to others.
The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of experience in industries such as: forensic engineering, aviation, shipping, rail freight, mining, oil/natural gas, or civil engineering. Professional certification in welding, commercial diving, metal work, or electronics is desirable.
