Capacity upgrade surprise?

I sent in for some new stickers. I had RFPNW done for about 11 months i never sent my papers in so i did just that about 2 weeks ago.

My old book read

Ab limited
Lifeboatman
Psc

The new Sticker reads:

Able Seafarer-
Deck
Rating forming
part of a
Navigational watch
(RFPNW)

That is how it reads. I wonder if a Error was made as limited is not printed. Yeah I am slow to mail paper work off i know.

The sticker is to add to what you already have in your MMC. It’s not a complete list of everything you hold. You now hold what was already in the MMC, plus what’s on the sticker.
