Bouchard is the worst company in the northeast hands down. Like a fool I have been here 10 years and can honestly say in my career at Bouchard I have never seen it so bad. When I started there was a 6% match on 401k, longevity bonuses, and decent medical care. Fast forward 10 years our medical is complete shit with a 3k dollar deductible, 401k is like 2% and there is no bonuses period!! Lets not forget the fact no one has had a raise in 4-5 years to top it all off!
My resume is out there and the first company I hear from I am gone! Would like to say I would even take a cut in pay but oddly enough anywhere I go is likely to be a raise!
