If they don’t listen to the boat guys now, what makes anyone think they give a shit what we say on here. I highly doubt they read anything we post. Their secretary probably checks it and tells them the cliff notes. If you do think posting something on here may get you fired then the competence of yourself needs checking.

I’m not afraid, but its been an issue in the past where people won’t share detailed pay info. Hate from the office seems to be the deterrent. Once again, not an issue for me, and more sarcasm than anything.

The rumor mill is so huge here I really believe the office could care less. There is a policy about using the companys name or logo, and saying certain things, which then I believe you could get dragged in on the carpet. Slowly seeing the smegma from kirby here, guess there arent as many capable mariners out there as the company’s claim.

Everyone is not quitting for equal pay. Turnover rates have been pretty big in the last year. Can’t be for nothing. That’s why I was trying to get something concrete but I guess nobody wants to talk about wage club! Lol

Now I’m really happy working for G.Money, but it really makes you think about becoming a smurf.
