Well now we know it wasn’t anything you were lacking. But this is strange. SUNY seems to always be losing transcripts. I know three people that are going and SUNY said they never received their transcripts either including my own. Even Jetryder had a problem with transcripts when he applied there if I do recall. Seems they have a problem with somebody in the office…
Good luck to you tasteless!
Yeah, you’re going to want to get used to this at The Dome. Nearly at every point where paperwork was involved in my time there, there was an instance where something was lost or forgotten about. Even after I got out, I visited once and got a parking ticket… they lost the proof of payment and mailed me a new ticket over a year later.
Don’t ever chance anything by sending originals and not making copies, and don’t wait for them to acknowledge receipt before you hound them; squeaky wheel gets the grease – will serve you well in your career too.
Finally got accepted into SUNY but also got accepted into MASS. It’s unfortunate that even though I think MASS is a better school, my standard of living (read my wife’s happiness) will be better in NYC… So, to the dome I go.

Good call. If Moma ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.
Congrats … Hey let me ask you a question tasteless. How is your living arrangement going to be? With you havering a wife an all. Are you allowed to live off campus with your wife?
I’m going to be living in Hudson heights in upper manhattan with my wife. I was able to swing that because I have over 2 years active duty time working on the deep water response in the uscg reverses.
I’ll be living right down the street from I95/ cross bronx expressway which is free and as long as I’m going away from Manhattan, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Good luck getting home from the campus…ever. On a good day, it takes an hour to get to the Hudson.

You can always take Tremont over to University Place and then go down a few blocks to the 181st St. bridge. That takes you right into Hudson Heights.
There’s also a bus from 178th St. in Manhattan that takes you over to Webster and Tremont. There, you can switch to the bus that drops you at the Maritime gate.
