I’m just curious about some things. The usual: mate’s pay (in general), insurance, 401k matches, living conditions on the boats (how many rooms, does anyone have to share rooms) travel, and what rotation do the long distance boats have? I know the harbor boats are 2/2.

If it helps, I’ve heard nothing but good things about Vane Brothers. The vetting process before hiring is pretty serious. I guess that leads to a certain level of mariner employed there. I heard they have a couple of new ATBs coming out In the near future.
