I’m sorry but I won’t sing anything on the bridge unless I can have the KP Marching Band led by the infinitely inflatable Captain Kenneth R, Force, USMS to accompany me!

Afterall, I do have the traditions of the Royal Navy to maintain!

I understand that The Band played this in the Big Parade. They were in Division Five (the last Division, I’m given to understand),all the networks went to an Ad when they played. Oh, the humanity! I was skiing at the time, when returned back home I received the sad info, Without a doubt, the KPMMAAA will locate it and pass it on. If so, c.captain I will be sure to post it in your honor. You’re welcome ~

I love it…Captain Kenneth R. Force, USMS must have gone into apoplexy when his glorious band was put at the back of the bus! HA!

btw, how does an old man like you manage to ski? Gawd that must be a sight to witness! Seriously…you need to have more dignity!

now back by unpopular demand…give it up for Tony D. Tiger himself singing the stirring “A Life on the Ocean Wave”

Music by Henry Russel & Lyrics by Epes Sargent
circa 1838

A LIFE on the ocean wave,
A home on the rolling deep,
Where the scattered waters rave,
And the winds their revels keep!
Like an eagle caged, I pine
On this dull, unchanging shore:
Oh! give me the flashing brine,
The spray and the tempest’s roar!

Once more on the deck I stand
Of my own swift-gliding craft:
Set sail! farewell to the land!
The gale follows fair abaft.
We shoot through the sparkling foam
Like an ocean-bird set free;—
Like the ocean-bird, our home
We ’ll find far out on the sea.

The land is no longer in view,
The clouds have begun to frown;
But with a stout vessel and crew,
We ’ll say, Let the storm come down!
And the song of our hearts shall be,
While the winds and the waters rave,
A home on the rolling sea!
A life on the ocean wave!

Why Sir, Have thee forgotten? I’m in my prime.

“But with a stout vessel and crew,” Say, just what are you talking about here?
“But with a stout vessel and crew,” Say, just what are you talking about here?
Well stout vessel is relative but stout crew is easy given enough rum!

DAMN! I miss the old daze when a ship’s crew could at least have one drink now and again at sea. This dryship bullshit just isn’t civilized I say!

I can’t get the damned clip to play. I expect the band sounded all tinny and the cadets were out of step!

Was the great bloated blimp known otherwise as Captain Kenneth R. Force, USMS being carried aloft like in the Macy’s Parade?

Why Sir, Have thee forgotten? I’m in my prime.

So Wild Turkey and flaming turds do that eh? I might have to take up that longevity regimen myself one of these daze!

I just realized that this thread has completely flown off the tracks here

“drivin that train high on cocaine…Casey Jones you better watch your speed”
So Wild Turkey and flaming turds do that eh? I might have to take up that longevity regimen myself one of these daze!
The only wild turkey on my spread are outside and most alive, about 20 pay a visit each day knowing the dogs love to chase them. They can fly. In my office I always have “Maker’s Mark,” Kentucky Bourbon at its best, for honored guests I do seem to remember there’s a jug of Turkey in my booze locker, plus some premium Scotch. As for the “flaming turds” you so colorfully describe, they are lovely cigars, “Partagas” in fact. In my home the smoking lamp is always lit, like those special days in Delano. Those days, of course, are now long gone. Yes, we each had a cigar placed at out table for special events, the RC would give the order, “The Smoking Lamp is Lit.” We are so much healthier these days, are we not?

One more, as we have fall’en off the tracks. Folks, it’s in your own DNA, plus Potty Training. Should that be a fuck-up so will you likely be a mess of a gem, BUT, you can jump, can you not?
