This not somehing the US will do in isolation. It is a joint effort where each party do what they do best.
Aid will be contributed by many countries, UNWFP, NGOs and charitable organizations
Israeli soliders will be guarding the beach both while the pier is under installation, when supplies arrive and the dirstribution.

The Arab world is very much involved with the situation. Qatar was the instigator of the last ceasefire and trying to negotiate for both a stop in the fighting during Ramada and a more permanent end to the fighting.
Jordan and several other Arab countries run hospital and aid oganizations in Gaza and contribute with aid drops etc.
It is in the news if you care to watch something other than Fox News.
