Does anyone know if it’s required to send In physical to turn in AB to coast guard or do I just send it to them with Ctime letter

Yes sir I do
Unless your medical certificate about to expire, you don’t need to include physical/medical. That’s a different document and can be done separately, and not needed until it’s about to expire. Even if it’s expiration is close, there’s no advantage to including it with your application for AB, you can do it separately and there are no fees for a medical certificate.
You do need a drug test (or letter that you were in a testing program).
