500T Master Inland to 500T Master oceans?

HI all,
Wanting to move put the oceans endorsement on my license. Heres what I have so far:

500T Master Inland
Master Tow Oceans
3/M unlmtd. Oceans
STCW
BRM
Flashing light
Medical
firefighting
all that good stuff

also, possible to add the endorsment without retesting?

You will have to test. It will be a limited test, what is on this limited test will depend on whether ands how much experience you have as mate or master of towing vessels.
