Where do you live?

My favorite, there are others if you can navigate to You Tube. I cut the sound-off on purpose, We are not there yet.

How long have you had your spread? From the pictures that you have shared it looks like life is good.

Don’t tell me that’s what Montana looks like now!? I too admire your spread though. I can’t wait for that time in my career when I’ve finally made enough money to get a sweet little set-up I can call home and be proud of. See ya when I get there!

No Paddy, it looks like this right now, picture taken from my back porch only 10 minutes ago.
I’m with friends, braving the winds of the Bitterroots, enjoying a few shots of Makers Mark.
Ya gotta be tuff ~

Well, I’ll be in Valhalla by then. Look me up when you arrive.
Gotta give me credit, I posted this with a few shots in me.

Come-on Friends, post your beautiful pictures. If I can find them, they are in boxes in my cellar, but I have wonderful photos of the places I called home during my decades at sea.

We are going inside now ~

Noticed the butterfly?

Well, some folks said that I lived here, but not really. I did go back to my apartment every once and a while to change.

The Reef, Big Lake, Lousiana.

Some folks said that I lived here for much of the mid 80s. Well that isn’t true. I DID go to sea every now and then. The Reef, Big Lake, Louisiana.

Humble abode in suburbia, up until 2002.

One is taken onboard as we passed close to where my appartment lies, the second is from my appartment. One is dawn the other is dusk, nice view?

Living in norway, its hard to get a picture with green in it at this time of the year :stuck_out_tongue:

My pleasure, sweat.

Here is the gentle stream that ran in front of my old house in suburbia, uh, I mean the road in front. During Hurricane Chantal, the water got as high as the tree just right of center in the photo. I was out on a ship in the Freeport Lightering area, though. The ex didn’t take it well. . . .

Shoot, you can’t blame her, water must have reached up to your second floor.
That’s very nice property, and water damage can destroy so much.

Ah Dad, we were just having some fun with the horses.
Yea, I can see how frighten they are. You cross that fence once you will never do it again.

Hey Kixt, I visited Bergen, Norway for the NATO exercise Teamwork 88 (yeah, a long time ago) and we stayed for almost 2 weeks. I enjoyed Norway immensely. There was a Cadillac club (I think) in town and they met in a public square. It’s expensive to live there though, isn’t it? I still have some of my kroner from those days. All I could afford was a couple of small souvenirs and a meal or two. And blew the rest staying in a bed and breakfast for one evening.

Hope to get back there some day! Maybe even have a gCaptain meetup. I’ll buy a round…
