i just got a letter back from MSC stating that I’ve been accepted into the “ordinary seaman advancement program”. I’ve been speaking to a friend of mine who is familiar with MSC but hasn’t worked with them, and hes telling me that its a great opportunity. Can anyone tell me what to expect as far as training, day-to-day work, rotation, etc? Also, assume I don’t know anything- I’ve worked on small fishing vessels for 6 years and i know that this will be a completely different ballgame. Thanks!
