more of an unhealthy, unprofitable addiction.
Looks like a porpoise tail, prepare for a shit storm. By the way how did it taste?

I LOVE PAINTBALL!! I used to play on a semi pro level team, we all shot Autocockers, Angels and Automags. I haven’t played in a while though. It’s tough to find time for it anymore.
I do enjoy wrenching on my old Datsuns though.
SAILING. That comes first and foremost, even if I do spend all my other time on boats. After that I enjoy playing with potato guns, blowing things up, shooting real guns, drawing boats, and last but certainly least MOVIES. I’m a HUGE cinephile. That hobby works quite well in the wintertime when some of my other hobbies are more difficult.

what? besides drinking and yelling at the computer?
Cleaning my cat litter …
I write, not a diary rather short stories. I’ve been doing it off and on since I first started sailing and only for myself. I have no interest to see any published, doubtful it could. It is intriguing to travel back a half century and read how a 22 year old man saw the world, at least in fiction form, then realize that same young man is now a 72 year old geezer. Oh yes, forgot to mention, 90% of my writing is fiction.
I enjoy reading a wide variety of books, mostly fiction but also non fictional historical novels. Currently I’m reading Stephen E. Ambrose’s “Crazy Horse and Custer,” both men shared venomous similarities, both were doomed. In my guts I know Custer knew it, as well as Crazy Horse. The difference being Crazy Horse did it for his people, Custer only for himself.
My dogs and I go for a long (or short) walks up a mountain trail, weather permitting, I use snow shoes when required.
Downhill skiing is also fun although it seems I find myself less and less and the slopes these days.
I check-out several forums, gCaptain is one, there are others, mostly dealing with military and aviation history.
I repair defective gadgets in my home, washing machines and such comes to mind, I leave the dish washer for someone else to handle, or buy a new one. I’m not a masochist.
I’m involved politically, never on gCaptain’s forum. Best we leave our guns at the door. Yes, I have guns and that’s all you need to know.
It’s obvious, isn’t it, I’m retired.
Cheers
Snow boarding/shoeing, mountain biking, hiking, camping. Used to landscape and garden, but not enough time and a regular schedule for it. That may change very soon. BTW, nice job. Pretty brindle Topsail.
Fly fishing, shooting guns, following college football, weight lifting, and drinking copious amounts of alcohol…enough to kill a baby elephant
Standup paddeboarding in VB
Oh, perhaps I should mention, my fiction is based on real life experiences, Bremerhaven comes to mind, there are many others. I wish I took photographs back then.
Sailing, Technical Scuba diving, shooting guns, hunting, wrenching on cars & trucks, playing bass guitar, Hiking and camping.
Surfing, fishing, shooting my evil AR-15. I also read a lot of military history
Surfing, SUP surfing, SUP flatwater, Fishing, playing my guitar. OH yea did I say surfing
I used to enjoy Building Race Cars, Down Hill Skiing, Harleys and traveling on my time off. I used to jump in my Van and just drive until I was tired.
Now Retired after a major back injury and surgery. I still ride my Harley but now it has three wheels. I spend way too much time on this blasted computer but it helps keep me sane.
I also like my Football, Go Giants!!! Also follow NASCAR and try to go to one race a year. We are going to the Spring Race at Talladega this year.
We have a Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler that I hope to do some traveling in once the wife retires.
My Harley and brewing beer, and visiting as many micro breweries around the states wherever I go.
I brew beer as well. And drink the beer I brew. And then brew more beer.
I also snowboard, wakeboard, and bike if there is no beer that needs drinking!
