He began yelling and screaming and generally making a scene…not wanting to get delayed by SPD, I once again very politely used sign language to indicate he was number one and went on my way.
I’d have whipped my Johnson out right then and there and pissed on his shoes. What the HELL could the Airport Police charge me with…MAYHEM perhaps? Certainly would made staying overnight in the hoosegow worth every minute of it.
here’s the whole article describing all the fun and hijinx taking place in the great Southern Ocean
Sea Shepherd reports Southern Ocean collision with Japanese whaling ship

Sea Shepherd long-range vessel The Bob Barker at sea
Sea Shepherd Australia says one of its ships has collided with a Japanese whaling boat in the Southern Ocean.
The incident comes eight days after the Sea Shepherd Fleet blocked off the slipway of Japanese factory vessel Nisshin Maru, suspending whaling activity.
Captain Peter Hammarstedt of the Bob Barker says the ship received some damage when the Nisshin Maru crossed its bow just before 7:00am this morning.
Japan’s Institute of Cetacean Research has been contacted for comment.
Captain Hammarstedt says the Steve Irwin vessel was also “attacked” by whalers.
“The Sea Shepherd ships Steve Irwin and Bob Barker were both unprovokedly attacked by three harpoon ships belonging to the Japanese whale poaching fleet,” he told the ABC.
"These harpoon ships came in heavy and hard. They hit my bow with about 300 metres of steel cable with the express intent of causing damage to my rudder and propellers.
“Thankfully because of a lot of evasive manoeuvring I was able to avoid being entangled, but on one occasion one of the harpoon ships came so close that they ended up colliding with my vessel.”
Captain Hammarstedt says the collision caused significant damage to plating and framework that will have to be repaired once the Bob Barker returns to port.
However, he says most of the damage is able to be repaired at sea.
“All the damage that was sustained was sustained above the water line,” he said.
"Even though my anchor up until quite recently was banging around like a wrecking ball because of the damage that it sustained, it is damage that we can fix at sea.
“Nobody was injured, but certainly the whalers were more aggressive than we have ever seen them before and I think we’re quite lucky that nobody was hurt.”
Sea Shepherd media officer Kelly Higgins is aboard the Steve Irwin, and says the harpoon ships were in very close proximity to both of the Sea Shepherd ships.
“The three harpoon ships from the Japanese whaling ship began circling the Bob Barker and Steve Irwin and they were overtaking our vessels at close proximity, sometimes coming within 3-5m of the bow,” Ms Higgins said.
The Federal Government says it is seeking more details about the reported collision.
A spokesman for Environment Minister Greg Hunt says his department is preparing an urgent briefing on the claim.
The Government is urging both parties in the whaling dispute to make safety a priority.
Captain Hammarstedt says the whaling ships are now off his radar.
What I want to know is where that PHAT, PHILANDERING, PHARSICAL, PHUCKING PHUGITIVE is hiding his lard filled ass these days?
Un-Fucking Believable! How many times have these Clowns (no disrespect to the clowns of the world) Rammed or attempted to Ram the Japanese Ship? Now that the tide has turned they are crying a river about how unfair it is. They (The Whalers) are doing nothing that Sea Shepard has not been doing for years ago.
Now, as I have said before I do not like the fact that they are killing these whales but if they are following the law there is not much that can be done. What amazes me is that (1) No One had been killed (2) That Japan had not sued them off of the Planet. They have more than enough proof just by watching the show (3) That Animal Planet still puts this show on the air. They must know that what Sea Shepard is doing is wrong if not Illegal.
This may have been seen by most, but it goes to show the danger these people put themselves and others to in the name of saving the whales, whether they are actually endangered or not: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyLGa0E3OXk
Luckily for them they have a sturdy former Norwegian whaler to play hero on.
Why the Dutch allow their flag to be flown on vessels that goes about deliberately breaking all Maritime laws and customs.
So far only that flimsy plastic boat has sunk, but no thanks to the seamanship shown by any of the heroes.

if Japan is concerned over this Sea Shepard crowd interfering with the Japanese right to legally kill and eat whales they can send their navy out to protect their commerce which is what navies were originally intended to do. But the Japanese seem to leave the whalers out on their own. Now if these idiots want to mess around with nutso Japanese whalers who can harpoon or otherwise destroy the Sea Shepard let them have at it. When someone has a suicide wish there comes a point when you just need to get out of the way and let them do what they want to do. If either group perished I don’t think 99% of the world would give a damn.
Japan lost a competitive bidding process that had to do with job creation, technology sharing, financial fundamentals and good 'ole fashioned politics.

Actually Sea Sheperd did get sued and lost.
That is why the US subsidiary doesn’t take part in those campaigns anymore. The group is a half bubble off plumb and little cult like near as I can tell, and fruity for sure, but they take direct action, like marchers did in Selma, AL a while back. Sometimes, someone’s got to do it.
not me, but I’ve a friend on one of the ships. she was a smart kid, good shipmate and always dedicated to doing the right thing for the marine environment…
