correct me if I am wrong, completing the security course [I]Vessel Security Officer[/I] V/5-2 satisfies and exceeds all requirement [I]set out in VI/6-2. [/I]I am applying for my Panamanian seafarer credential and I have run into this issue. I have taken VSO but have no lesser security certificates… I did not think this would be an issue… any answers or thoughts? Thanks.
