The USCG has EEPs going on every year, all the time for a constantly changing focus areas.
“This EEP apparently appears to be introduced after the recent Baltimore bridge collapse due to allision incident by MV Dali.” is BS. There is no way they could have an EEP put together that fast if it was truly related to the DALI.
