Or maybe this one? The Boldwind:
Jeeezus thatâs ugly.
Yes not âprettyâ but efficient and built for one purpose only.
BTW; looks a bit like the âSuperfeederâ, minus the legs and crane:
Looks like it was designed by the same people who designed this:

Another incident in the wind biz
As the Wind Power infrastructure in the US becomes more developed, with large cluster of windmill and further from shore you may see some of these:
There are already several such in the North Sea and more coming:
US Congress MAY act to restrict visas for foreign workers in the US offshore wind industry:

That is if you believe that the US Congress can act on anything.
Apparently they can if the want to:
Will that halt all development of Offshore Wind Power until there are US built vessels that can do the various tasks??
Who cares if there are US built vessels as long as they employ US mariners? Go to the GOM where the smaller US shipyards are, not a lot of US citizens.
Write to your senators if you support this!!!
Looks like the only thing they need is a customer.
Read a few stories about that, hopefully, they can find a way to recycle.
The most viable solution I have read to date is grinding them up for use as fuel for cement kilns.
But with removal of harmful smoke and carbon capture , I hope??
Hopefully people will get more concerned about abandoned wind turbine blades than they are about leaking abandoned wells in the Gulf of Mexico and many other locations in the world, some of which have been spewing filth for many years. Wind turbine blades donât spew crap for decades after you throw them on pile, gotta give them credit for that.
Maybe problems with disposal of used windmill blades in the US will not be a big problem, at least not from Offshore Wind Farm:
I wouldnât worry about this being passed any time soon. The congress of the USA is not functioning at present. Least of all the senate.
