Upgrade to a 200 ton motv from a 100 ton masters

I was looking for any help or info i could find on the most efficient way to get my 200 ton motv for inland waters thanks in advance

If you have 3 years as master under your master 100 license, you can get mate of towing vessels with [U]at least[/U] 30 days on a towing vessel and completion of the TOAR. “At least” is emphasized as it’s unliklely you can gain the skill needed to complete all of the TOAR in just 30 days. From there, it’s at least one year as mate to master.
