Typhoon Utor has beenregaining strength today over the South China Sea as it moves WNW at 16 knotswith max winds now back to 100 knots and is forecast to peak at 110-120 knotsduring the next 12-24 hours then makes a second landfall along the southern coastof China near Zhanjian around 06Z 14 August with winds likely over 100 knots.
