TS 10W (Saola) was located over the Western North Pacific, NE of Manila this morning moving NW at 7 knots. Max winds were 50 knots forecasted to increase to Typhoon strength during the next 18-24 hours. Saola will pass near or over Taiwan in about 3-4 days.
