Super Typhoon Utornears coast of Luzon
Utor is now a SuperTyphoon with max winds of about 130 knots as it approaches the coast of Luzonand could be as strong as 135-140 knots is squalls. Landfall is still expected between 18Z and21Z today. Utor will weaken as itcrossed over Luzon, however will likely remain at typhoon strength when itmoves out over the South China Seal after 06Z 12th followed by somere-strengthening.
