Does anyone know anything about this company? Union? Non union? How is pay? Is the company busy or do they lay people off?
Non union…most of their work is in the bay…think they only have two boats in long beach. Those harbor launch runs are feast or famine. Makes one wonder how they can offer schedules, benefits, etc…
Yea i looked at the equipment on there website. I only saw one real tug. The rest was crew boats and little push boats. I was actually wondering if they are able to keep the employees busy. Looks as if they would get squeezed outby thebigger operators if things were slow.
Tugboatinformation.com says they have two tugs…looks like garbage scow service for the cruiseships based on the pics
They claim to do ship assist. Not sure. They kind of look like the equivalent to millers launch in newyork. Not really a tug company.
Wonder how they pay captains and mates?
