The guy is a getting old and says crazy things be patient. He also said he wouldn’t rule out using military force to take over Greenland and the Panama Canal .

Purely from a non-political angle, the United States has a longer coastline on the Gulf than Mexico does. And it’s far from the first time a body of water would receive a political renaming, as anyone who has ever sailed in the Persian Gulf/Arabian Sea or Sea of Japan/East Sea can attest.

Read the fine print & every word of any bill in congress over this. I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow it gets written as the “Gulf of Trump” or “The Trump Sea” after it gets voted in. This is what Project 2025 is all about.

With all the degrees of seriousness I can muster. Trump needs to control the news cycle. This is very important for a guy who actually does very little but talk. You have to keep feeding new red meat to the news so they cover that and forget about
the issues you were talking about yesterday. Anyone heard a plan yet on how to lower the cost of food and housing ? Did I miss it?
Again the time for Trump talk is over in under 2 weeks, then it is time for Trump action - lets see what actually gets done. And again my hope is he does wonderfull things for America - hope the market booms, crime keeps dropping, taxes go down, the debt is reduced, employment stays strong, prices go down, hoping for the best.

I didn’t vote for him but must admit Trump is a political genius. He’ll keep chumming the waters & the minnows on both sides will stay in a flurry for the next 4 years. Dude has 34 felony charges, several civil cases against him, impeached twice, was shot in the head, probably slept with a porn start & wins the popular vote, all margin of error swing states & electoral college by landslides. Either he’s a political genius or he ran against the dumbest, most out of touch party to ever run a candidate for President.

Why rename it when we can just fill it in, expand the US south. Wouldn’t even need any expensive drill ships when you can just drive a derrick truck over. Plus, it would slow down all those pesky hurricanes that were engineered so that FEMA could take people’s houses for the lithium mine

Canada and Greenland but it is about Arctic .
You will not beat them (ruskies) at least for now in the number of niuclear powered icebreakers but You may catch up teritory -wise.
Grabbing Canada and Greenland is a perfect choice/move w/o going to war with Russia now . They are too busy with Ukr and too weak to die for Hongcouver or Nuuk.
Just ask your Victoria Nuland who knows the drill how to set up financing of NGOs in both teritories and arrange Maidans and other coups . ( Kosovo, Ukraine) . I’m in Canada, and I’m shocked by the things that that some Canadians are saying:
I’m hearing that a strong majority of Canadians want to be the 51st State.
They fear a war with Russia and China over control of the Arctic within the next 10 years, and they want to be part of a super power, not just a NATO ally.
They want immigration restricted.
They want to pay much lower American taxes.
They want to be paid in US dollars.
They want faster American healthcare.
They think acquiring Greenland is necessary.
I’ve heard a couple of people say that the US should take back the Panama Canal.
20 years ago, Canadians had a better society and government than the US, and they didn’t hesitate to politely say so.
I’m shocked by the things I’m hearing now. Obviously, a backlash to the Trudeau years, and massive immigration.

The bill is being drawn up. I hope she doesn’t waste a lot of ink on it. Should just say, “Change name of Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of Merica!” and be done with it. But what I really want to know is why in the heck did it take 250 years for someone to come up with this idea!? We have all been looking at those darn maps, globes & charts our whole lives & it didn’t dawn on us that this needed to be fixed?! What in the heck would we do without him DJT?
