The tropical disturbance that has been moving westward across the Caribbean Sea continues to develop and likely will become the next tropical depression or tropical storm soon as conditions remain favorable for development and currently max winds are in the range of 30-35kts. The anticipated track will effect shipping in the western Caribbean Sea and later perhaps the Gulf of Mexico.
