Thedisturbance over the eastern Caribbean Sea has developed into a TropicalDepression (TD07) south of Puerto Rico this afternoon based on satellite andaircraft data. TD07 has max winds of 30knots and conditions appear favorable for development into a tropical storm byearly Thursday.
