Jeffrox-I do have a 1600GRT/3000 ITC. I had that before I had the OSV license. I actually have 4 licenses total. I have the Master OSV, I have the Master of towing upon Oceans and Western Rivers and I have the 2nd Mate AGT. All of it doesn’t even fit on the front. I think I could have done what you are saying at that time if I had not had it already though.
