The World’s Most Ridiculous Ship Is Up For Sale [UPDATE]
In this case it was expected the engine would start and run but it didn’t. Time to stop and regroup cause you don’t know what is going on, you might be on thin ice and not know it.
But will anyone be fired for such STOOPIDITY…NOOOOOOOO, of course not!

Must be a union job…

I would have to imagine that the Washington State Ferry System must be involved somehow? Twood explain it all!

The Susitna arrived in Subic Bay Philippines yesterday loaded aboard a barge towed by an American flagged tug.

The Susitna is presently being lifted from the barge and put into the water by the cranes aboard the Dutch Big Lift Company vessel Happy Star moored at the pier.

Agents from the buyer, The Philippine Red Cross, are in attendance. (I hope they can put this vessel to good use.)

It will probably provide many opportunities to create a program for the purpose of transferring American assistance funds to some Philippine politician.I don’t believe that we have stopped paying for this debacle.

The thing really is a poster child for the military-industrial-lobbyist triad that brought us the LCS disaster.
