SIU physical?

I’m set to start the SIU apprenticeship at piney point, and this is the last thing I have to do. I called the union hall and they said I can come whenever next week which is kind of unnerving because I don’t have an appointment and it’s a 4 hour drive.

Is this other physical extensive? The only thing I am worried about is that I am a small guy (5"6, 117lbs) and am probably considered underweight. I also smoke, but other than that no health conditions.

Take the physical, you got this far on your own. No one on this site can help you but you, Get it done, then you will know what to do. The smaller guys do quite well in the engine room. Especially with a large CE.
